Here’s How I’m Planning To Use X (Formerly Twitter) To Acquire Subscribers For My Newsletter

It starts with quality articles that answer problems.

You and I know that X, formerly known as Twitter, is a bustling microblogging platform. With more than 550 million monthly active users there, according to Exploding Topics, it has become more than just a platform for sharing thoughts, ideas, movements and memes. The conversations on X are pretty much alive consistently, I would say almost 24/7, depending on what’s trending out there.

As a marketing blogger, almost all my articles are evergreen topics. Producing articles is one crucial part I must take care of. Each article must be able to answer the readers’ marketing problem. And X is a great distribution channel for those articles. Now, if I just run a daily feed of article-sharing links in X, nobody is going to notice them. It’s boring. Here’s what I’ve been doing so far on the platform to bring traffic back to my websites for monetisation purposes.

Yes, these tactics may look lame to many people but so far it’s working great for me. There is no or minimal engagement there but people quietly click on it. Besides LinkedIn, I can tell you right now that X is indeed another revenue-generating power I should’ve focused my effort on a long time ago.
