How To Write SEO-Optimised Articles For Us Who Know Very Little About SEO?

Being a marketing strategist, my primary role is to integrate relevant marketing initiatives and channels, make them unified and produce the ROIs we are aiming for. Despite being a blogger myself, SEO has always been somewhat of a mystery to me. I guess it is meant to be. I am assuming that the ones who really know about the in-and-out of this topic are those who work in the SEO-related department within Google. And, as an external party here, I can only predict based on the articles I read from several reliable sources or platforms that might have a certain level of ‘connections’ in Google. Even then, the tips are too technical for me.

I know what SEO is. Conceptually, I know how it works. When I write, I choose to stay practical and logical when adopting the SEO or search engine optimisation approach for all my articles. To me, common sense matters here.
